Most of our clients here are building out engineering and product functions fast, often for the first time at this level of seniority. We help you do that without the two things that usually go wrong: hiring too slowly and losing the best candidates, or hiring too fast and getting it wrong.
Our VC Backed clients typically sit somewhere between a fresh seed round and a business gearing up for Series C or D, backed by funds including a16z, Sequoia, Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Dragonfly, NEA and Index, amongst others. Small, high performing teams. A board that wants to see headcount and calibre move together. Founders who are still deeply involved in every senior hire because the stakes are personal as much as professional. We know what that stage feels like because it's exactly how we've built Electi.
Most of the work here sits across engineering and product. CTOs and VPs of Engineering building out their first proper leadership layer. Heads of Product and Product Managers shaping a roadmap that's about to get a lot more ambitious. Staff and Principal Engineers who can mentor a team that's growing under them. We also place Product Designers, Data and AI specialists, and the occasional Head of Product Growth when go to market and product start to blur.

This is a more tailored approach which allows us to work together to scale your business, ultimately saving you time, money and stress, allowing you to focus on what you do best and trusting us to find you the right people to do that, whether it's a new product launch, increasing ARR or simply just shipping.
We think about every search as the start of a longer relationship, not a one-time transaction. Most of our best client relationships began with a single hire and grew from there.
