Before co-founding Electi, he worked in banking, deciding early on that he wanted to be closer to the people actually building things rather than sitting a step removed from the work. That instinct shaped how Electi operates today, staying close to clients and candidates rather than managing a search from a distance.

Sam leads delivery, candidate experience, and search strategy. He built Electi's search process around a simple idea, that fewer, better candidates beats a flooded inbox every time. That discipline runs through every search Electi runs, regardless of size or seniority.

Ben built TritonExec from a standing start into a global executive search firm operating across the UK, US and APAC, before selling the business in 2022. He joined Electi as an Advisor because he has lived every stage of what Adam and Sam are building now. The decisions that feel hardest at this point in the journey are ones he has already made.
